The Instrument short clearing machine is specially developed for the clearing purpose of sprayed coil element
The coils are subjected to AC voltage in steps AC1, AC2, AC3 followed by DC voltage and discharge.
The Clearing happen at controlled voltage and protect the elements from direct impact and burn. With the help of Instrument along with auto cycle.
The clearing sequence is auto applied and the capacitor is cleared in short duration.
The Instrument has a jig as an option to test 10 capacitors at a time, depending on the connection of 10 no of channel provision On the Instrument. The Instrument has indication to identify leaky or short capacitor to sort out from the batch. With single time setting of Jig and instrument, one can effectively take output for clearing process.

- Output DC - DC +ve voltage zero to 2 kv adjustable.

- Mfd range - 300mFD max in 10 channels optional as per requirement.
- Test capacity - 300mFD i.e. 100 x3 cap or 50 x 6 caps.
- Jig Optional - 10 channel jig suitable for 100mfd cap max.
- Auto function - Auto program microcontroller based.
